Positive Posters aims to give graphic designers their own voice to inspire and challenge the community to think differently. A competition is held each year where designers create a poster in response to a theme. Submission is two months later with finalists exhibited in Melbourne, judged by an international panel. When the winner is finally announced, their poster is printed and pasted in the streets of Melbourne and throughout the world to spread a positive message.
I think it's a great idea and everyone should get involved somehow. Pictured above are some of the finalists from 2010... maybe that will be you in 2011. (love the glasses)
